International Youth Association EstYES is non-profit, non-political, non-governmental organisation. It was established in 1991 with the purpose to promote youth and cultural exchanges for better understanding and a more just world. In 1995 EstYES got an official legal status of NGO. It is a pioneer organisation in the field of youth voluntary service in Estonia.

EstYES works mainly with the young people aged 16 - 30. The majority of them are high school or university students. Young people with lesser opportunities are a group of special consideration of EstYES.

EstYES’s income is mainly consists of contributions and subscription fees from the participants of different programs. EstYES also receives grants for the projects from the number of funds like YOUTH Program, Open Society Foundation, PHARE and others.
